Your privacy
Cadrance uses Google and, when enabled, Discord for sign-in, and Stripe for payments. Cadrance does not store passwords or card numbers.
What is stored
Our database stores a Cadrance-specific pseudonymous identifier derived from your sign-in provider ID, license rights, Stripe references, payment amounts needed to operate the service, AI usage, connected devices, and support or withdrawal requests. Names, email addresses, profile pictures and Google or Discord tokens are not stored in our database. A pseudonymous identifier remains personal data under GDPR.
Support and confirmations
The help form sends only your reply address, message and version details you choose to provide through Resend and the seller’s mailbox. No file or media is attached. The database keeps a reference, request fingerprint and status for 180 days without your email or message content. Order confirmations use the address provided to Stripe; it is not copied to our database.
Optional waiting list
With your explicit consent, a private list separate from the license database stores your email, optional message, chosen language and consent date. These details are used for one Cadrance availability announcement and, if requested in your message, a reply. They are not added to a newsletter or shared between apps. Cloudflare D1 stores this list in the European Union. Registrations are deleted after at most 180 days (daily cleanup), or when you unsubscribe. The link provided after registration and in the announcement lets you withdraw consent; support can also handle your request. A non-reversible IP fingerprint limits abuse; it expires after two hours, based on legitimate security interests. No confirmation email is sent automatically.
Videos and subtitles
Media and projects stay on your computer. Caption text and timings are sent to our server and Groq when you request AI optimization. They are not stored in our database or application logs. The AI provider’s processing and retention rules also apply; avoid submitting sensitive data unnecessarily.
Purposes and retention
License rights and payment references are processed to fulfill the contract. Minimal security records protect the service against fraud. Required accounting records meet statutory retention obligations. Web sessions expire after 7 days, device sessions after 90 days and activation codes after 10 minutes. Billing references are kept for the statutory accounting period; other inactive records are deleted after 24 months.
Cookies and providers
The site uses only cookies needed for sign-in and security. It loads no advertising tools, marketing pixels or third-party hosted fonts. Cloudflare and the PostgreSQL provider supply hosting; technical logs can include an IP address. Google, Discord, Stripe, Groq and Resend process data according to their roles. Some processing can occur outside the EU under applicable contractual safeguards; the publisher must configure processing agreements and hosting regions.
Audience counts
The publisher’s Cloudflare service counts public pages, country and broad referral source, without search URLs, stored IP addresses, accounts, permanent identifiers or analytics cookies. An interaction on a visible page signals a probable human, without recording keys, field contents or pointer coordinates. Sign-in, activation, account, administration and legal pages are excluded. A random per-page code held only in memory prevents duplicate interactions; server references expire after 30 minutes and are cleared at least hourly. Aggregate counters are kept 90 days in a separate EU-jurisdiction D1 database. They are not linked across sites or with payments. Minimal audience measurement relies on legitimate website-management interests, subject to your rights. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected.
AI service reliability
Technical counters group successes, errors and rate limits by minute, task and model. They record no transcripts, videos, customer IDs, IP addresses or login tokens and are retained for 30 days. Operational emails sent to the publisher via Resend contain only technical codes, the model and occurrence counts; they contain no data from your projects.
