Terms of sale

These terms govern the Cadrance subscription sold by Terence Diaz. Orders are placed on a Stripe page after signing in.

Service and requirements

Cadrance prepares and edits SRT subtitles. It requires Windows 10 or 11, WebView2, sufficient disk space for the app and its engines, and an Internet connection to activate access, start a transcription and use AI. AI analyses suggest changes for you to approve; they can contain errors.

Price and renewal

The final price has not been set. No price change is scheduled for your subscription. Any change will be communicated before it takes effect, under the terms of sale and with your consent where required.

The monthly plan costs €19 including tax, billed monthly. The annual plan costs €190 including tax, billed yearly. The total amount, applicable taxes and billing frequency are displayed at checkout. Renewal is automatic until cancellation.

AI allowance and devices

Each subscription includes an AI allowance representing up to €3 in processing cost per month. It renews on the monthly anniversary, including for annual plans. The allocated amount is calculated from the actual payment excluding tax, after fee and operating-cost reserves, and displayed in your account. Usage depends on text length, requested analyses and generated responses. A conservative reservation is made before each request; requests with unconfirmed costs can consume that reservation. At the limit, further analyses are suspended until renewal, with no automatic overage charges. Two devices may be connected at once.

Cancellation

From your account, Invoices and cancellation opens the Stripe portal. You can cancel renewal without contacting support. Access remains active until the paid period ends. Opening and exporting existing projects remain available afterwards.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days from the conclusion of their first subscription contract to withdraw. Downloading Cadrance does not automatically waive that right. Submit a clear declaration using Withdraw from the contract here in your account, or contact the seller. Requests are handled within legal deadlines; a dated acknowledgment is displayed in your account.

Guarantees and complaints

Applicable statutory guarantees for digital content and services, including conformity guarantees, remain in effect. Report defects to the seller to obtain conformity or other remedies provided by law. Mediation information is set out in the legal notice.

Gifted licenses

A gifted lifetime license is not a paid commercial offer. It includes a monthly allowance set by its owner and can be revoked, including in cases of abuse. It is nontransferable.
